Quality Statement
ESD

The integrated inductor produced by our company is manufactured using a unique non-semiconductor process, which sets it apart significantly from conventional semiconductor-based products.

In the manufacturing process of integrated inductors, special material formulations and molding techniques are employed to tightly integrate key components such as inductor coils with external encapsulating materials, thereby forming a robust, monolithic structure. This process does not involve complex steps like doping or diffusion of semiconductor materials; thus, it fundamentally eliminates the risk of product performance anomalies or damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD). Consequently, these inductors do not fall into the category of ESD-sensitive products.

In practical applications, integrated inductor modules, thanks to their stable structural characteristics, can better withstand interference from external environmental factors—including static electricity, temperature fluctuations, and mechanical vibrations—thereby ensuring consistently stable inductance performance under a wide range of complex operating conditions and providing reliable inductance component support for your electronic devices.

We deeply understand the importance of product quality to our customers. Therefore, we rigorously control every stage of the production process—from raw material procurement and manufacturing to finished-product inspection—adhering strictly to high-quality standards in order to deliver products that are both high-quality and highly reliable. You can rest assured when using our integrated molded inductors. As always, we will continue to provide you with superior products and services, helping your business thrive.

Flammability

The integrated inductor developed by Topsun  uses metal powder materials as its primary raw material. These metal powders undergo careful screening and processing to achieve excellent physical and chemical properties. During the manufacturing process, we employ advanced powder metallurgy technology for compaction. Powder metallurgy is a manufacturing method that involves pressing metal powders into specific molds under high pressure and temperature, followed by sintering to produce components with defined strength and performance characteristics. Through this technology, metal powder particles are tightly bonded together, forming a robust inductor structure.

The finished integrated inductor, produced through a powder metallurgy process, features a stable internal structure and fully optimized material properties. From a safety perspective, this product is neither combustible nor flammable. This means that under normal operating conditions—even in high-temperature or special environments—the inductor will not ignite or contribute to combustion due to its inherent material characteristics, thereby effectively reducing the risk of safety incidents such as fires caused by the inductor itself.

Meanwhile, in the UL and 3C regulatory certification directories, integrated inductors are not recognized as individual entities eligible for certification.

We deeply understand the importance of product quality and safety to our customers, and Topsun always puts product quality and customer safety first. Throughout the production process, we rigorously control every single step—from raw material procurement and manufacturing processing to finished-product inspection—all in accordance with a high-standard quality management system, ensuring that every product delivered to our customers meets stringent safety and reliability requirements.
