    Material Engineer/Specialist (Inductor/Amorphous Soft Magnet
    Relevant Experience: 5 years or more
    Education: Master’s degree or higher
    Location: Shenzhen
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead R&D projects for new magnetic powder materials, formulate and execute product development roadmaps, innovate manufacturing processes, and improve the performance, stability and cost competitiveness of magnetic powders.
2. Evaluate the performance of existing materials and develop iterative optimization solutions. Coordinate internal resources to conduct experimental tests, optimize material formulas and process parameters, so as to improve magnetic permeability and reduce core loss.
3. Provide professional technical guidance for the R&D team and resolve core technical challenges. Participate in major technical decision-making, and introduce advanced technologies, manufacturing processes and new materials.
4. Communicate and align with customers on technical requirements, and deliver customized material solutions. Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous material optimization and product iteration and upgrading.

    Product R&D Engineer / Electronic Engineer (Inductor)
    Relevant Experience: 3 years or more

Job Responsibilities:
Engage in the design, development and performance optimization of inductor products, covering assembled inductors, integrated molded inductors, copper-iron co-fired inductors, TLVR inductors and other related types.
Formulate and verify technical standards, product specifications as well as process technical plans for all production procedures of new products.
Conduct evaluation and qualification of new raw materials, oversee overall project management and cross-departmental coordination to ensure steady project progress.
Collaborate closely with process and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve product performance and production yield, and cut down production costs.
Troubleshoot technical issues arising from product development and mass production, so as to enhance overall product quality and long-term reliability.

    Senior Product Development Engineer (Inductor)
    Relevant Experience: 5 years or more
    Education: Full-time bachelor’s degree or above

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the design, development, and optimization of inductor products, including but not limited to wound inductors, integrated molded inductors, and copper-iron co-fired inductors, among others.
2.  Lead and successfully overcome technical challenges in the R&D of innovative, high-complexity inductor products.
3. Establish and improve a standardized system and platform for inductor design, simulation, testing, and reliability assessment to enhance overall R&D efficiency.
4. Mentor and train junior and mid-level engineers, review design proposals, and enhance the team’s overall technical expertise.
5. Lead the patent layout for core technologies, draft high-value patents, and build technological barriers.

    Sales Engineer / Sales Manager
    Relevant Experience: 3 years or more

Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect various types of information and materials, achieve the sales targets set by the department, implement the monthly business plan, and actively reach out to customers.
2. Regularly prepare and submit reports on real-time information such as market sales activities and market trends to senior management.
3. Develop new customers in the markets you are responsible for according to the business plan.
4. In the process of securing new projects and orders, properly plan for project acquisition and identify risks associated with both projects and orders.
5. Deliver internal production plans and track related processes according to contract (order) requirements. 6. Collaborate with the sales assistant to follow up on payments for projects confirmed by customers, handle outbound delivery and handover procedures, and perform relevant supervision and management tasks.
7. It is necessary to promptly collect and analyze the status of business completion and proactively set next month’s business objectives.
